For purchases bought from consumablesKING.com, our Price Promise will only apply to the identical product found to be cheaper in the UK/Ireland and the total price appraised must include *delivery fee's and must have stock available for immediate purchase.

To take advantage of our Price Promise, please email and provide the following details:
- Your name, company name, contact details and delivery address
- The product description and our product code
- An online link to our competitors product or valid official quotation
Once the price is verified we will process your order personally including the price match and 10% difference.
In the unlikely event that you find a cheaper price for the same product (which has stock ready for delivery) we will not only match the competitor's price but discount it with 10% of the difference. Where hardware or software is offered the item(s) must be official for the UK market (not grey import) in order to validate any potential warranty claims/needs.
