• All card printers include 12 months business day (9am to 5pm) telephone support. *Extensions are available to buy either at time of online purchase or directly with Eagle Technologies Ltd after your purchase.
• Most card printers from our Evolis and Zebra range include 12 months onsite warranty (UK/Ireland). *Extensions are available to buy either at time of online purchase or directly with Eagle Technologies Ltd after your purchase.
  *support extensions are lower cost at time of online purchase.

Like anything mechanical, faults may arise which lead to warranty claims, repairs or maybe just general operator help is desired, and we include set up too. In all these examples please telephone our Technical Support Partners on +44 (0) 1344 383 650. Upon each call you will be asked for your equipment or software serial number(s) in order to (identify that cover remains available) verify the type of cover available. Should cover have lapsed, various support packages will be offered to you at time of your enquiry.
